Zoho or HubSpot for a UAE business? The honest comparison
Over three years and 25 users the gap is roughly AED 168,000 against AED 440,000. That does not automatically make Zoho the answer.

We implement both, so we have no particular reason to push you either way. That also means we have watched both succeed and both fail, and the failures almost never come down to features.
The numbers first
| Zoho CRM Enterprise | HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|
| Licences per year, 25 users | ~AED 21,000 | ~AED 110,000 |
| Implementation | ~AED 60,000 | ~AED 50,000 |
| Support per year | ~AED 15,000 | ~AED 20,000 |
| Three year total | ~AED 168,000 | ~AED 440,000 |
Per seat that is roughly USD 14 to 23 a month against about USD 150. It is a large gap and it is genuinely not the whole story.
When HubSpot is worth it
When marketing and sales are one motion rather than two departments. When managers need to build their own reports without raising a ticket. And above all when adoption is the risk you are actually carrying. A CRM nobody updates is worth nothing, whatever the licence cost, and HubSpot is easier to get a sales team to use.
When Zoho is the better call
When your process is unusual and needs real customisation. When you would rather spend the budget on implementation than subscription. And for most UAE businesses under fifty users, which is the majority of the companies we talk to.

The UAE specifics both platforms need help with
- Free zone and mainland entities invoice differently, and plenty of companies run more than one entity.
- Multi currency is normal here rather than an edge case.
- Arabic contact names and UAE phone formats are the two things careless data migrations break.
- E-invoicing from 2027 will require compliant output, so the finance integration is worth designing now.
Neither platform handles those out of the box. That is implementation work either way, and it is where the difference between a CRM that sticks and one that gets abandoned is actually made.
