AI automation in Dubai that removes real hours
Not a demo. The quote that takes two days, the report nobody has time to run, the invoice typed in twice. We find the work worth automating and remove it.
We scope by hours removed, not workflows built. If a task is not worth automating we will tell you to keep doing it by hand.

What you get with AI automation
Everything below is in scope from day one. No modules to unlock later.
Quote and proposal generation
Read the request, match it to your rate card, draft the quote and hold it for approval. Two days becomes ten minutes.
Document extraction
Delivery notes, invoices and forms arriving as photographs, turned into structured data with anything uncertain routed to a person.
Chasing without a human
Missing documents, unsigned approvals and quiet clients followed up automatically until the item closes.
Systems that finally talk
The copy and paste between your CRM, accounting and operations tools, replaced with something that runs at three in the morning.
Self hosted where it matters
We run n8n on infrastructure you control when data residency matters, so cost does not scale with volume and your records stay put.
Fails loudly, never silently
Every run logged, every failure alerted and stopped. Silent failure is what destroys trust in automation, so it is designed out.
We start with the task, never with the technology
The projects that fail start with a tool and go looking for something to use it on. The ones that pay start with a job somebody does every week, hates, and does slightly differently each time.
We look for three things: the work repeats, the rules can be written down, and a mistake is recoverable. If a task fails all three we will tell you to keep a human on it. A single workflow that saves someone two days a month is worth more than ten that each save ten minutes, and it is cheaper to build.
- Repetitive, rule based and recoverable is the test
- We measure the hours before we quote the build
- Two or three workflows first, not twenty

Most of the value here is not AI at all
Plain workflow automation does the majority of the work in this market. A language model earns its place where something unstructured has to be read, classified or drafted, and nowhere else.
Using a model where a rule would do adds cost, adds latency and makes failures much harder to diagnose. When we do use one, it sits inside a workflow with defined inputs and a checkable output, with a human approving anything that reaches a customer.
- Rules first, models only where they are needed
- Human approval before anything customer facing
- Every run traceable to a step and an input

E-invoicing makes this urgent for anyone near the threshold
The voluntary pilot opens in July 2026. Businesses at AED 50 million revenue or above must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 31 July 2026, with mandatory e-invoicing from 1 January 2027 in PINT-AE XML. Penalties run to AED 5,000 a month for failure to implement and AED 100 per non compliant invoice.
If any part of your invoicing involves someone retyping something, that is the first process to automate. It is about to stop being a time problem and start being a compliance one.

How we run it
The same sequence on every Dubai project, so you always know what is happening and what lands next.
Time audit
Two weeks finding where the hours actually go across your team, with numbers rather than opinions.
You get: A ranked list with hours and cost attached
Pick the two that matter
We build the highest value workflows first and deliberately ignore the rest until those are proven.
You get: A scoped build with expected hours saved
Build and pilot
Built, then run alongside the manual process until everyone trusts the output.
You get: A live workflow running in parallel
Measure and extend
We report the hours actually removed, then decide together what is worth doing next.
You get: Measured savings and a next phase
What it costs
Our bands, not an industry average. Tell us the scope and we fix the number before any work starts.

Event management company
Business Bay- The problem
- Every request for quote was answered by hand, took two days, and got priced differently depending on who did it.
- What we built
- A workflow that reads the request, matches it against the rate card and drafts the quote for approval.
- What changed
- Same day quotes at one consistent price.
Logistics company
Jebel Ali- The problem
- Delivery notes arrived as photographs and were typed into the system by hand every evening.
- What we built
- Document extraction into structured data, with anything low confidence routed to a person.
- What changed
- Evening data entry stopped being a job.
Accounting firm
DIFC- The problem
- Chasing clients for missing documents consumed most of a junior's week during filing season.
- What we built
- An automated checklist per client with scheduled reminders and a portal upload that closes the item.
- What changed
- Chasing became an exception rather than a routine.

AI Automation in Dubai, answered
With the AED 3,500 audit, which we credit against the build if you go ahead. Two weeks measuring where the hours actually go, then a ranked list with numbers attached. Automating a process nobody has measured is how companies end up with automation nobody trusts.
From AED 14,000 for two to four workflows, or AED 3,000 a month if you want us continuing to build and owning it when something breaks. We scope by hours removed rather than by workflow count, because one workflow saving two days a month beats ten saving ten minutes.
Usually less than you think. Most of the value in this market is plain workflow automation with no model involved. AI earns its place where something unstructured has to be read, classified or drafted. Using one where a rule would do adds cost and makes failures harder to diagnose.
That is your call and we put the trade off in front of you. We self host n8n on infrastructure you control when data residency matters, which also stops cost scaling with volume. A hosted service is cheaper if that is acceptable for your data.
It alerts and stops rather than continuing quietly with bad data. Every run is logged so a failure traces to a specific step and input. On the monthly partnership we monitor and fix it before you notice.
