CRM implementation in Dubai your sales team will actually use

Most CRM projects fail on adoption, not on software. We build around how your team already sells, then remove steps until updating it is easier than not.

Send a brief

Four to eight weeks. Certified on Zoho and HubSpot, so the recommendation is based on your business rather than our margin.

What you get with CRM implementation

Everything below is in scope from day one. No modules to unlock later.

  • Platform chosen on your business

We implement both Zoho and HubSpot. On a three year view for 25 users the gap is roughly AED 168,000 against AED 440,000, and sometimes the expensive one is still right.

  • Pipelines that match how you sell

We watch your current process before designing anything. Every field somebody has to fill in manually is a field they will eventually stop filling in.

  • Migration that cleans on the way

Deduplicated and normalised, not lifted across as is. Arabic names and UAE phone formats are the two things careless imports break.

  • Free zone and mainland entities

Different invoicing rules, often more than one entity, and multi currency as standard. Built in rather than worked around later.

  • Connected to everything else

WhatsApp, your website forms, accounting and the portals your leads come from. A CRM nobody feeds is a very expensive address book.

  • Reporting managers can run alone

If getting a pipeline number requires calling us, the implementation failed. Your team leaves able to build their own views.

The licence price is not the number that matters

Over three years with 25 users, Zoho CRM Enterprise lands near AED 168,000 all in and HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise near AED 440,000. Per seat that is roughly USD 14 to 23 against about USD 150.

That gap is not an argument for Zoho. It is an argument for deciding deliberately. HubSpot earns its price when marketing and sales are genuinely one motion, when managers need self serve reporting, and when adoption is the thing you are actually worried about. If your team has already abandoned one CRM, the expensive option is sometimes the cheaper outcome.

  • Zoho for customisation depth and lower total cost
  • HubSpot for adoption, usability and self serve reporting
  • We are certified on both and will tell you which fits

We design around your process, not the demo video

The fastest way to kill a CRM rollout is to hand a sales team a system built around someone else's idea of best practice. So the first week is spent watching how deals actually move, including the parts that happen on WhatsApp and in someone's notebook.

Then we cut. Fewer stages, fewer required fields, automatic capture wherever a human would otherwise type. The measure of success is whether the pipeline is accurate on a Friday afternoon without anyone being chased.

  • One pipeline per real sales motion, not per department
  • Automatic capture from web, WhatsApp and portals
  • Required fields kept to what reporting genuinely needs

There is a compliance deadline worth building around

UAE e-invoicing is phased in. The voluntary pilot opens in July 2026, businesses above AED 50 million in revenue must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 31 July 2026, and mandatory e-invoicing for that group starts on 1 January 2027, in PINT-AE XML.

If you are anywhere near that threshold, the time to design your CRM and finance integration around it is now. Rebuilding a working system under deadline pressure costs considerably more than allowing for it during the first implementation.

How we run it

The same sequence on every Dubai project, so you always know what is happening and what lands next.

  1. Shadow the team

A week watching how deals really move, including everything happening outside the current system.

You get: Your process, documented as it is

  2. Design and configure

Pipelines, fields, automation and permissions built around that, on the platform that fits.

You get: A configured system to walk through

  3. Migrate and connect

Data cleaned and imported, then integrations to web, WhatsApp, accounting and your lead sources.

You get: Clean data and live integrations

  4. Train and tune

Role specific training, then thirty days adjusting to what people actually do with it.

You get: A team using it without being chased

What Dubai businesses actually come to us with

Three situations we see repeatedly here, and what we did about them.

Free zones we work across

  • DMCC
  • JAFZA
  • Dubai Internet City
  • Dubai Media City
  • DIFC
  • Dubai Silicon Oasis
  • IFZA
  • Meydan Free Zone
  • Dubai South
  • DAFZA

Sectors that dominate here

  • Real estate and property
  • Tourism and hospitality
  • Logistics and trade
  • Retail and ecommerce
  • Financial services and fintech
  • Food and beverage
  • Healthcare and clinics
  • Property brokerage

    Downtown Dubai
    The problem
Leads from four portals arrived in four inboxes and duplicates were worked twice by different agents.
    What we built
One intake into Zoho with deduplication on phone number, and cost per lead tracked by portal.
    What changed
Duplicate work stopped and the worst portal got cancelled.
  • Recruitment agency

    JLT
    The problem
Candidates and clients lived in the same module, which made every report meaningless.
    What we built
A separated data model with linked records and a pipeline for each side of the business.
    What changed
Reporting became usable for the first time.
  • Facilities management provider

    Dubai South
    The problem
Renewals were tracked in a spreadsheet and two large contracts lapsed without anyone noticing.
    What we built
Contract records with renewal dates driving automated tasks and sequences from ninety days out.
    What changed
No renewal now reaches its date unworked.

Want the technical detail?

This page covers CRM implementation for Dubai. These two go deeper into how we build it.

CRM Implementation in Dubai, answered

Zoho if you need customisation depth or the budget is better spent on implementation than licences. HubSpot if adoption is your real risk, marketing and sales are one motion, or managers need to build their own reports. Over three years with 25 users the difference is roughly AED 168,000 against AED 440,000, so it is worth deciding properly rather than by default.

Our starter implementations begin at AED 10,000 for up to ten users and full implementations at AED 28,000. Managed CRM is AED 5,000 a month. Training and post launch tuning are included in those figures rather than appearing as extras in month three.

Four to eight weeks. Data migration is the variable: clean data imports in days, while data spread across spreadsheets, an old system and several inboxes takes far longer to reconcile than to import.

That is the only question that matters and it is why we spend the first week watching how they sell rather than designing the ideal process. Then we remove steps. If the pipeline is accurate on a Friday without anyone being chased, it worked.

Yes, and we deduplicate and normalise on the way rather than carrying the mess across. Arabic names and UAE phone number formats are the two things that most often break in a careless import, so both get checked explicitly before anything goes live.
