Digital Services in Abu Dhabi

The capital buys differently. Procurement is formal, the buyer is often a committee, and credibility on the page counts for more than a clever headline.

Send a brief

Abu Dhabi work tends to involve a tender document, a compliance question and a longer signature chain than the same project would in Dubai. Websites here are read by people checking whether you are a safe supplier, not by someone browsing.

ADGM sits under its own legal framework, and KEZAD businesses run at industrial scale. Both change what a CRM has to record and what a site has to prove.

Five services, delivered into Abu Dhabi

Each one is written for this emirate rather than adapted from a Dubai page.

Built for a formal buyer

When the reader is evaluating you as a vendor, the pages that matter are the ones most agencies treat as filler: capability, governance, certifications, named people and past delivery. We spend the budget there instead of on a longer home page.

Sales cycles run long, so the CRM has to hold a relationship across months and several stakeholders without anything living in one person's inbox. That is a different build from a fast moving consumer pipeline.

  • Arabic and English handled properly, not machine translated
  • Long cycle pipelines with multiple contacts per account
  • Document trails that survive an audit

Compliance is arriving on a schedule

UAE e-invoicing is phased. The voluntary pilot opens in July 2026, businesses turning over AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 31 July 2026, and mandatory e-invoicing for that group starts on 1 January 2027. Systems have to output compliant PINT-AE XML.

Penalties under Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025 include AED 5,000 a month for failing to implement and AED 100 per non compliant invoice. For larger Abu Dhabi entities this is the deadline that decides when the CRM and finance stack get touched, so we plan implementations around it rather than beside it.

    Mussafah
    The problem
Tender documents and their revisions lived across email, a shared drive and two laptops.
    What we built
A CRM with an opportunity record per tender, versioned documents and reminders keyed to submission dates.
    What changed
Nothing gets submitted against an out of date drawing.
  • Private healthcare group

    Khalifa City
    The problem
Patient enquiries in Arabic were being answered slower than English ones.
    What we built
Bilingual WhatsApp flows and routing that sends a thread to whoever is on shift in that language.
    What changed
Response times matched across both languages.
  • ADGM licensed advisory firm

    The problem
The website read like a brochure and said nothing a compliance officer could verify.
    What we built
Rebuilt capability and governance pages with named partners, licence detail and structured data.
    What changed

Working with us in Abu Dhabi

Yes. Arabic is written by a person, not run through a translator, and the layout is built for it rather than mirrored at the end. For government facing and healthcare work in Abu Dhabi this is usually not optional.

We can prepare the digital side: capability pages, case evidence, structured data and anything the buyer will check before shortlisting. We do not write the commercial or technical response itself.

If your revenue is AED 50 million or more, the dates that bind you are 31 July 2026 to appoint an Accredited Service Provider and 1 January 2027 for mandatory e-invoicing. Smaller businesses follow in later phases. The practical step now is checking whether your current system can produce PINT-AE XML at all.

We work with their suppliers most often. Where we work with an entity directly the process runs through their own procurement route and their own security requirements.
