Frequently asked questions
Pricing, timelines and how delivery works across the emirates. Real numbers rather than 'it depends'.
Pricing
Our focused builds start at AED 5,000, growth builds at AED 12,000 and premium institutional builds at AED 22,000. The number is fixed before we start, and scope changes are quoted rather than absorbed quietly and billed to you later.
AED 2,500 a month for a single location, AED 5,000 for competitive categories and AED 10,000 for multi market or bilingual programmes. Every tier includes technical work, content, links and reporting against enquiries. Below about AED 2,000 nobody in this market can fund real content and links, so cheaper quotes are usually reporting dressed up as a retainer.
Starter implementations begin at AED 10,000 for up to ten users and full implementations at AED 28,000. Managed CRM is AED 5,000 a month. Training and ninety days of post launch tuning are inside those figures rather than appearing as surprises in month three.
Setup is AED 3,000 for the launch build or AED 6,000 for the full automated funnel, and AED 1,200 a month if you want us running it. Meta's own per message charges sit on top and we bill them at cost: roughly AED 0.16 to 0.18 for marketing messages and AED 0.039 to 0.057 for utility ones, with replies inside the 24 hour window free.
Three, and they are the ones that turn a cheap quote expensive. Hosting, ongoing maintenance and content production. All three are named in our proposals with a number against them, including when the answer is that you are handling it.
Timelines
Six to ten weeks for a focused marketing site and ten to fourteen for ecommerce with payment and delivery logic. The variable is almost always content rather than development.
Four to eight weeks. Data migration is what moves that number. Clean data imports in days. Data spread across spreadsheets, an old system and several inboxes takes longer to reconcile than to import.
Two to three weeks. The slow part is Meta business verification and template approval, which no agency controls. We start that on day one rather than after the flows are built.
In this market, content. Either it arrives later than agreed or the brief expands once design is approved and the gaps become visible. We fix page count and content responsibility in writing before starting.
Process and delivery
Yes, across all seven emirates. Delivery runs from Dubai Media City and Islamabad. Most northern emirates projects run remotely with calls when they are needed, and being outside Dubai has never been the constraint.
You do, on final payment. That includes the code, the designs, the domains and every account we set up on your behalf. We do not hold hosting or platform accounts hostage.
Maintenance is a separate agreement rather than something assumed. Sites need updates, backups and monitoring whether or not we do them, so we price it openly and you can take it elsewhere.
Yes. Arabic is written by a person and the layout is built for right to left rather than mirrored at the end. For government facing and healthcare work this is usually not optional.
That decides the platform. Tell us who is editing and how often and we choose accordingly, because a site your team cannot update without calling us goes stale inside a year.
UAE regulation
UAE e-invoicing is phased. The voluntary pilot opens in July 2026. Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 31 July 2026, with mandatory e-invoicing from 1 January 2027. Systems must output compliant PINT-AE XML. Smaller businesses follow in later phases.
Under Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025 they include AED 5,000 a month for failure to implement, AED 100 per non compliant invoice and AED 1,000 a day for failing to notify the FTA of a system failure.
It changes invoicing rules, sometimes the payment gateway options open to you, and how entity details are recorded in the CRM. It does not change the build itself. We ask which entity you trade under before designing any of it.
Still have a question?
Thirty minutes, a straight answer, and a fixed number. If we are not the right fit we will say so on the call.
