What we did
For a design-and-build practice the portfolio is the pitch and everything else is supporting material. Paradigm's problem was that its completed projects sat behind a services menu, so a client arriving from a referral had to navigate before they could see anything worth calling about.
We inverted it. Projects are the front door: each one carries the brief, the constraint, the built outcome and the specification detail a serious client checks before picking up the phone. Services are a filter across those projects rather than a separate section.
The company profile most of their enquiries used to ask for is now generated from the same project records, so the PDF and the website can no longer disagree with each other.
